 Mr. Cavanaugh is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the firm's operations including engineering and administrative activities. His experience includes evaluating and developing geotechnical design recommendations for foundations, retaining structures, embankments, excavations and groundwater monitoring. His project experiences range from Interstate Highways and City and County Streets, to residential neighborhood construction, various warehouse-type and high-rise commercial and industrial facilities. His geotechinical experience includes various design/build projects including Pacific Comman Center at Camp Smith and BEQs at MCBH Hawaii and Navy Lodge at Ford Island.

JAIME R. ARCENA

 Mr. Arcena has direct supervision of field technicians/engineers performing quality control inspection and testing of construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He is currently the Radiation Safety Officer and has over 20 years of nuclear gauge experience. .  

JESSIE ROSS L. NAVARRETTE

 Jessie Navarrette has been with our firm since 2016 as a Staff Engineer. Prior to his employment with our firm, he worked as a project engineer for a communication consulting company and a general contracting company. His current duties include 1) overseeing field investigations, 2) performing site reconnaissance, 3) performing various geotechnical analyses relating to foundation bearing capacity and settlement and 4) performing quality control inspection and testing on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
